Borlotto Dry Bean

Beautiful cream colored beans with red flecks, can be used as a fresh shell bean or left on the plant as a dry bean. Vigorous grower, heavy producer of mild beans that like to take on the flavors of accompanying ingredients when cooked. Makes a wonderful baked bean as well.

Harvest in about 65 to 70 days.

Cannellini Dry Bean

For fresh shell or dry bean use. We offer the variety "Gentec 401." Heavy yields of attractive, white kidney beans. Pods average 5 and 1/2 inches. Large, upright, bush plants keep beans off the ground. Excellent eating quality both as a shell or dry bean. In spite of its name, it was bred using traditional breeding methods.
