Brunswick is a “Drum Head” cabbage, introduced in Europe in the 1920s, that has long since become an American favorite. Brunswick is an extremely versatile cabbage and can be planted virtually throughout the year. Harvest in 85 days.

Charleston Wakefield Cabbage

Charleston Wakefield Cabbage 200 Heirloom Seeds


The Charleston Wakefield Cabbage is an heirloom cabbage variety that dates back to the late 19th century. Produces cabbage heads up to 6 lbs. Plant Charleston Wakefield Cabbage seeds in just about any climate in the USA, but as the name suggests, this variety tends to thrive in the southeast. Harvest in 70 to 80 days.

Chinese Michihili Cabbage

Chinese Michihili Cabbage 200 Heirloom Seeds


Michihili is an heirloom Chinese cabbage. Its light green leaves are tender and delicious, ideal for stir fries and pickling, and many other Asian dishes. Michihili Chinese cabbages thrive in milder climates but can be grown in any zone. Warmer areas may experience a slightly earlier harvest date and heads may grow in a looser leaf formation. Harvest in 80 days.

Copenhagen Market Cabbage

Copenhagen Market is an old fashioned early favorite cabbage that is a short season variety. It produces uniform, solid, 6 to 8 inch  round heads that way  3 to 4 ½ pounds. Crisp and tender. Good keeper. Perfect for small gardens. Great for salads, slaws and sauerkraut! Harvest in 70 days.

Early Jersey Wakefield Cabbage

Early Jersey Wakefield Cabbage 200 Heirloom Seeds


The Early Jersey Wakefield Cabbage is an early heirloom (circa mid 19th century) cabbage that has long been renowned for its particularly delicious taste. The Early Jersey produces small heads of 2 to 3 pounds each, but typically produces a very healthy yield. Plant Early Jersey Wakefield Cabbage seeds in full or partial sun. Harvest in 65 days.

Early Round Dutch Cabbage

Early Round Dutch Cabbage 200 Heirloom Seeds


A Southern Favorite! Excellent flavor. Small compact 12-18”H plant produces short-stemmed, short core, uniform solid oval heads of dark blue-green, cup-shaped leaves. The slightly crinkled heads average 10-12” in diameter and weigh 3-5 lbs. Does well in warmer climates. Slow to bolt. Good wrapping leaves for stuffing and fillings. Excellent choice for fresh markets and home gardens. Harvest in 75 days.

Golden Acre Cabbage

Golden Acre Cabbage 200 Heirloom Seeds


Golden Acre Cabbage is an early cabbage producing 3 to 4 pound green heads on compact plants that are 5 to 7 inches in diameter. They are round, solid, tight, well balanced heads of excellent quality with a sweet spicy flavor with buttery undertones when cooked. Great for coleslaw and stir-fries. Harvest in 70 days.

Red Acre Cabbage

Red Acre Cabbage 500 Heirloom Seeds


Red Acre Cabbage produces round 5 to 7 inch reddish-purple heads that weigh about 3 pounds. It adds a festive color to cole slaw. An excellent storage variety with a high tolerance to cabbage yellows. Heads may sunburn in hot weather, so best for early spring and fall crops. Organically grown seeds.
