This section has a lot of recipes that I love. After you've grown all of this produce, you can enjoy some fresh from the garden, but what about all the rest? What if four large bowls of bush beans get picked all at once? What if 12 yellow squashes are picked at the same time? When we lived in Colorado Springs, I learned how to can foods, make jams and jellies, and blanch and freeze foods properly. I will have some information on doing that below. We have a food dehydrator that is great for drying out fruits and eating them as snacks so we will get into that.
Here I share some of my favorite recipes. Some I have made up, some I have gotten from friends and family, and some I have collected from TV shows, cookbooks, and magazines and made them my own by adding and/or taking away certain things. I hope you enjoy them.
Did you enjoy this recipe? Please tell us about your experience when you made this dish. We would love to see a photo or two as well.

My husband, David, started his seed company, David's Garden Seeds®, ten years ago and it is doing very well. David sells vegetable, flower, fruit, and herb seeds that include heirloom, organic, hybrid, and open pollinated seeds. All of his seeds are Non-GMO, they are counted by machine, and they are hand packed in San Antonio, Texas by our team of 9 members.
